There is no doubt that there are more discussions taking place in public than ever before, around mental health and wellbeing. We feel there is still a long way to go and our work with a number of individuals and organisations in this area continues to grow.
For many, seeing musicians open up about their own challenges has helped to demystify, and take the stigma out of, mental health challenges. For others, there are still a number of hurdles to overcome to opening up.
Our work with two leading charities in this area offers the chance to talk, share, explore and develop skills to help with these challenges. If you don’t know him already from the Bristol gig scene, you may have come across Big Jeff at a festival, more recently, seen his artwork across numerous billboards Bristol and online or heard his new Soho radio show.
